C-Change Research Associate Alex Chung has submitted his Masters of Systems Science thesis proposal entitled, "Emergency Management Planning: A Value Based Approach to Preparing Coastal Communities for Sea Level Rise".  Alex is studying under the supervision of C-Change Co-Director Dan Lane.
